Okay so I’m currently watching Australia’s Next Top Model and this gorgeous girl is from south Sudan. Her tears are because the judges told her to take off her weave so they could see naturally. It made me tear up to see how emotional and self-conscious she got without it. If you wear extensions because you want to thats fine, hell sometimes I do. However to all the incredibly beautiful girls everywhere, from all parts of the world please don’t feel like you are forced to wear it. Don’t buy into the gimmick that you have to fit into the stereotype stepford wife definition of beauty. To  me, to be beautiful to be unique, to stand out in a crowd, to be confident with it and own it for all that you are. Okay end of rant *breaks into Grown Woman by Beyonce*
